    Advanced Molding & Feeding Mechanism

    The molding frame is manufactured using high-strength castings and special welding techniques and materials, resulting in excellent overall rigidity, strong vibration resistance, and a long service life. The machine body is thickened and manufactured using special welding techniques, with selected imported components to fully ensure the stability and reliability of the equipment during long-term continuous operation. A unique feeding and arch-breaking mechanism is employed, with multiple rows of stirring forks inside the material hopper. When the material hopper is delivered above the mold box, the stirring forks activate synchronously, achieving forced feeding, ensuring smooth feeding and uniform material distribution, and guaranteeing the uniformity of product strength and weight.

    Precision Hydraulic & Vibration Control

    The hydraulic system uses imported hydraulic components and seals, paired with high-dynamic-performance proportional valves, allowing adjustment of oil volume and pressure according to different working requirements, achieving precise control of key actuators. The vibration force adopts an upgraded and optimized design, utilizing computer control of the hydraulic system's flow and pressure to achieve vertical synchronous vibration, frequency conversion, and braking, ensuring that products achieve high strength and high density in a short period of time.

    Integrated Electrical Control System

    The electrical control system adopts a deep integration of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic technologies to ensure consistent equipment operation and high product stability with a low scrap rate. It uses a human-machine interface control system to perform random signal analysis and fault diagnosis, as well as custom setting of molding parameters. The electrical system uses an imported color touch screen and programmable logic controller (PLC) for control, and is equipped with data input/output devices. The control system includes safety logic control and a fault diagnosis system.
