The entire process achieves intelligent closed-loop operation: Precise Mixing → Auto Feeding → Material Storage → Precision Distribution → Vibration Molding → Bump-free Extrusion → Auto Stacking → Forklift Transport → Curing → Delivery. The entire line requires no manual intervention; only 3-4 people are needed, significantly reducing labor input and management costs.

The molding cycle can be reduced to less than 15 seconds, with a single mold producing 54 standard bricks and an 8-hour production capacity exceeding 100,000 bricks. Supporting 24-hour uninterrupted production, it can efficiently undertake large-volume orders for national-level municipal projects and large-scale infrastructure projects.

High-Pressure Quality Standards
Utilizing dual ultra-large diameter hydraulic main cylinders, the rated pressure is 25-30MPa, with an adjustable vibration frequency of 3000-5000r/min. The scrap rate is below 1%. The finished product's compressive strength is ≥20MPa, far exceeding national standards, making it suitable for high-rise walls and key municipal project fencing.

Multi-purpose and non-idle: By simply changing the matching mold, various cement products can be flexibly produced.
