Recently, the latest static pressure brick-making machine developed by Zhongke Machinery was successfully debugged and officially put into production operation at a new building materials factory in Dingxi, Gansu Province. The successful application of this equipment not only brings technological innovation to the building materials factory, but also provides a set of efficient and reliable high-quality non-fired brick production solutions for the construction industry in the northwest region with its significant advantages of "high-pressure molding and energy conservation and environmental protection", actively responding to the local call for green development.
The core highlights of the project are prominent, which are reflected in the following three aspects
1. High-pressure forming process: The core of the equipment adopts an 800-ton static pressure system. Through ultra-high pressure slow compaction, the internal structure of the brick blank is extremely dense, and the overall density of the brick body is increased by about 30% compared with traditional equipment, thereby significantly enhancing the compressive strength and durability of the finished product.
2. Wide adaptability to raw materials: In response to the abundant industrial solid waste resources in Gansu region, this model has been specially optimized to perfectly accommodate and efficiently utilize local characteristic raw materials such as fly ash and coal gangue, effectively reducing raw material costs and achieving resource recycling.
3. Intelligent control: The entire line is equipped with an advanced remote monitoring and data acquisition system, which not only enables real-time monitoring of operational status and early warning of faults, but also automatically completes precise production statistics and quality data analysis, providing digital support for production management.
Manager Ma, the project leader, stated after evaluating the operation situation: Since the equipment was put into operation, the production line has been running smoothly, with an average daily output of over 80,000 standard bricks. The product qualification rate upon leaving the factory has reached as high as 99.6%. The excellent product quality and stable supply capacity have basically met the brick material demands of the large-scale shantytown renovation projects we are currently undertaking, providing a solid guarantee for the project progress.
The successful cooperation in Dingxi this time marks that the advanced static pressure forming technology of Zhongke Machinery has been fully verified for its process adaptability in the cold and dry regions of Northwest China, and has accumulated valuable on-site application experience.
