Zhongke Machinery's fully automatic non-fired brick machine contributes to the development of green buildings in Hunan

Recently, the latest fully automatic non-fired brick production line developed by Zhongke Machinery was successfully installed and put into operation at a large building materials base in Hunan. The core equipment put into production this time adopts the industry's advanced hydraulic forming and closed-loop control technology, achieving precision and stability in the production process. The daily production capacity of the production line can reach up to 100,000 standard bricks. Moreover, due to its process feature that does not require high-temperature sintering throughout the entire process, compared with traditional brick-making methods, it can achieve an overall energy saving of over 30%, with significant environmental and economic benefits.

This series of non-fired brick machines highlights three core competitive advantages: Firstly, they have extremely strong adaptability to raw materials, capable of efficiently processing solid wastes such as construction demolition waste, industrial fly ash, and tailings, truly achieving "turning waste into treasure" and promoting the development of a circular economy. By integrating PLC and touch interface, it has achieved unmanned operation throughout the entire process from automatic raw material proportioning, high-pressure molding to intelligent palletizing of finished products, greatly enhancing production efficiency and consistency.
