Heavy-duty Reinforced Structure
The entire machine adopts a heavy-duty reinforced structure design. The frame is made of thickened high-strength steel and welded in one piece. It undergoes a tempering stress relief process for precision stress treatment. All welded joints are double-layered reinforced and protected, improving vibration resistance and deformation resistance by 50%. It can support 24-hour full-load continuous production and ensures no frame loosening or deformation risks. The average mean time between failures (MTBF) of the equipment is ≥8000 hours, reducing production capacity loss caused by downtime maintenance and ensuring efficient operation.

High-Intensity Vibration Process
Employing an upper-pressure, lower-vibration + strong vibration process, the dual hydraulic main pressure cylinders apply pressure symmetrically, and the vibration intensity is frequency-adjustable. This ensures thorough compaction of the hollow brick's walls, edges, and bottom, preventing looseness and voids. The dual cylinders feature a symmetrical layout and increased diameter for stable output. Equipped with a high-power motor, the frequency is adjustable from 2800-4800 r/min, which can be flexibly adjusted according to the raw material ratio to guarantee the structural stability of the finished product.

Forged Manganese Steel Table
The forming table is made of high-quality, thickened manganese steel plate forging. The surface is hardened, which gives it excellent wear resistance and impact resistance. It will not deform after long-term use and is suitable for long-term high-load vibration and pressure production operations, ensuring that the table is durable and remains stable in operation throughout the equipment's entire service life.

High-Pressure Hydraulic System
The hydraulic oil station uses well-known brand high-pressure oil pumps, solenoid valves, and relief valves. The seals are imported high-pressure resistant special models to eliminate leakage risk and minimize pressure loss. The rated working pressure is 22-25MPa, and the pressure adjustment accuracy is up to 0.1MPa. It is equipped with a forced air cooling device as standard to ensure stable hydraulic oil temperature and avoid pressure drop caused by high temperature, making it suitable for 24-hour continuous production.

PLC Intelligent Control System
The control system adopts a PLC programmable controller and a high-definition touch screen, supporting the storage of more than 50 production formulas. Parameters such as pressure, vibration time, and material feeding speed can be recalled with one click, significantly improving production line switching efficiency. The system integrates intelligent production data statistics (daily/monthly output), and is equipped with fault self-diagnosis (intuitive display of codes) and remote monitoring functions to empower efficient management.

Precision Brick Ejection
Soft push hydraulic brick ejection: the push plate is made of thickened wear-resistant plate. The brick ejection speed is adjustable, and the operation is smooth and stable without bumps. This realizes hollow brick handling without damage, eliminating problems such as corner chipping and cracking caused by impact, so as to fully guarantee the qualified rate of finished bricks.
