    High-Frequency Vibration & Output

    The table-mounted high-frequency vibration pressing system achieves a molding cycle of only 15-20 seconds per mold, producing 15 hollow bricks per mold. An 8-hour shift yields 20,000-23,000 bricks, far exceeding the output of smaller machines. The variable frequency spindle ensures continuous operation and forced material feeding without waiting, enabling continuous production with no downtime or waste.

    High-Pressure Compaction & Accuracy

    The combined effect of 31.5MPa high pressure and 180KN strong vibration force enables materials to achieve all-round compaction within 2 seconds, resulting in blocks with density and strength of MU10-MU15. The heavy-duty frame ensures error is ≤±1mm, producing blocks with precise dimensions and no defects. It can also be adapted to a secondary material feeding device for high-value permeable bricks.

    Intelligent PLC & Visual Control

    Equipped with a PLC and color touchscreen, parameters are visually adjustable. Supports parameter storage and retrieval, with built-in fault self-diagnosis and action self-locking functions. This eliminates the need for professional maintenance and shortens downtime. The entire process is fully automated, requiring only 2-3 people, greatly reducing manual labor.

    Robust Structure & Hydraulic Stability

    The frame adopts a thick-walled square tube integral welding process with a low center of gravity (486mm), transferring 90% of residual vibration to the ground. The hydraulic system adopts a proportional valve + variable pump configuration with oil temperature cooling and high-pressure resistant seals to ensure stable oil temperature and zero leakage for long-term continuous production.

    Flexibility & Environmental Compliance

    By simply changing molds, it is possible to switch between producing hollow blocks, curb stones, grass pavers, and permeable bricks. Raw material compatibility is wide (fly ash, slag, construction waste), with a waste utilization rate over 90%. This complies with environmental policies and allows for potential policy subsidies, improving business revenue.

    Optimized Energy & Smart Integration

    Variable frequency speed control outputs power on demand, with an installed power of 64kW, making energy consumption significantly lower than traditional models. The modular design allows seamless integration with automatic batching, mixers, and automatic palletizers to build a fully automated production line for large-scale upgrades.

    Future-Ready Expansion Capability

    The equipment layout is standardized and has reserved expansion interfaces.
