High-Precision Batching Control
Leveraging electronic weighing and automatic drop compensation technology, the system precisely controls batching accuracy, achieving aggregate batching accuracy of ±2% and even higher accuracy for powders. Addressing the extreme sensitivity of dry-hard concrete, the PLD batching system ensures precise replication of the mix ratio for sand and gravel in each batch, fundamentally eliminating inconsistent brick strength and cracking.

Material Compatibility & Flexibility
Outstanding compatibility with multiple materials and flexible formula adjustment. It comes standard with 2–4 independent bins, capable of simultaneously batching gravel, sand, fly ash, and recycled aggregates. It supports quick switching of formulas for solid, porous, and permeable bricks, making it particularly suitable for eco-friendly brick projects incorporating industrial waste.

Stable Supply & Anti-Blockage Design
The bins are equipped with vibration arch-breaking devices and manual/pneumatic discharge gates, optimized for dry materials with moisture content of 3%–8%. This design effectively prevents "bridging" (blockage) of dry materials, ensuring continuous and stable material supply to the mixer and guaranteeing efficient and uninterrupted operation of the entire production line.

High Output & Continuous Operation
Using a belt conveyor and cumulative batching mode, the system achieves a single batching cycle of just 15–35 seconds, significantly enhancing output per unit time. The equipment supports 24-hour continuous and stable operation, perfectly matching the high-intensity, high-capacity production demands of large-scale brick factories to boost production efficiency.

Modular Structure & High Reliability
The entire machine features a modular structure, eliminating complex on-site welding and shortening installation time. Key wear parts are designed for quick and easy replacement. The heavy-duty steel structure ensures smooth belt operation, effectively preventing common issues like belt deviation and material spillage, resulting in low failure rates.

Equipped with a PLC control cabinet and touchscreen, it stores hundreds of formulas and saves at least 2–3 laborers.
