CAD/CAM Precision Manufacturing
Precision manufacturing is meticulous. A single brick pattern drawing (standard brick, perforated brick, permeable brick, etc.) is used for professional design and processing. CAD/CAM software is employed for mold design, with key optimizations including draft angle (typically 0.5°-1°), scientific placement of vents, and thickened structural design for easily worn areas. 3D modeling simulates the brick forming process, pre-identifying and mitigating defects such as cracking, missing corners, and air bubbles. Laser cutting or plasma cutting ensures smooth edges with a tolerance of ≤±0.5mm. High-precision machining is performed using CNC machining centers and wire EDM technology, controlling core dimensions to a tolerance of ±0.02mm and flatness ≤0.01mm. Heating to 200℃-400℃ effectively eliminates quenching stress and improves mold crack resistance.

Advanced Materials & Strengthening
In terms of mold materials and strengthening processes, QT460 alloy steel plate is selected as the base material, refined using a carburizing and quenching process, possessing excellent properties such as high strength, deformation resistance, and ultra-wear resistance. During the quenching process, the mold steel is precisely heated to 950℃-1050℃, followed by oil/air cooling after heat preservation, causing the steel to form a martensitic structure and increasing its hardness to HRC58-62. A tempering process is also included. Surface strengthening carburizing/nitriding increases the surface hardness of the mold to over HV1000, extending the life of the core rod. For the specific needs of permeable brick molds, a customized TD treatment/titanium plating process is used to form a dense, wear-resistant protective layer on the mold surface, achieving the dual effects of anti-sticking and easy demolding, adapting to the special working conditions of permeable brick molding.

Double-Fastening Assembly Logic
The assembly of the mold core, mold frame, pressure head, and demolding mechanism employs a double-fastening scheme of locating pins and bolts to ensure the coaxiality accuracy of each component. This ensures a smooth and seamless demolding process without any jamming or stuttering, preventing common mechanical issues in high-frequency production cycles.
